Zoning Bylaws implement land use planning visions for their community by regulating how land, buildings and other structures may be used. Informed by the Official Community Plan Council adopted Zoning Bylaw No. 1958 in June of 2022. The bylaw allows for new things in Creston, such as detached secondary suites and smaller lot sizes!
