The Emergency Warming Centre (EWC) will open on Friday evening, January 31st, and remain open for six nights, until Thursday morning, February 6th. Operations may be extended depending on weather conditions.
Location: 138-10th Ave N (formerly the Work Experience Program dormitory, next to the old ambulance bay on the former Fire Hall property).
The EWC offers a safe, warm, and dry refuge, with access to washroom facilities, a seating area, and complimentary snacks and refreshments. All community members are welcome.
