Your 2025 Utility Bills have been mailed out. If you don't receive yours in the next few days, be sure to let us know!
Utility payments are not due until December 31, 2025; however, to take advantage of the 3% early payment discount, please pay by January 31, 2025.
Payment Options
- In person at Town Hall
- Through most financial institutions by telephone or internet banking
- The Town of Creston accepts credit card payments using OptionPay - a third party payment processor (additional fees will be charged by processor)
Postmarks on mailed remittances are not accepted as date of payment. Please ensure that the Town has received payment by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.
Accessing and Viewing your Utility Account:
1. Visit www.creston.ca
2. Google Chrome or Firefox are recommended for best user experience
3. On the Creston.ca homepage, scroll to the bottom to the “Quicklinks” menu and click on” Account Services”
4. “Login” if you are already registered or select: “Register Now” and then follow the detailed instructions by selecting “Show Me How”
