Over the past several years, the Town of Creston engaged stakeholders and the public to better understand the issues and concerns related to affordability in our community, resulting in a Housing Needs Report and the Creston Housing Action Plan. As an action towards increasing the number of attainable housing units in our community, Council established the Creston Valley Housing Corporation in September 2024.
