Complete the following forms and provide the applicable documents below:
- Building Permit Application Form
- Owner's Authorization Form (All property owners on title must sign this form)
- Scaled architectural drawings including Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, Roof Design (if the scaled plans are greater than 11x17, hard copies are required).
- Certificate of Title (current within 30 days) as well as any covenants, easements and right-of-ways
- See example site plan to show information to show (as necessary)
- Structural & Geotechnical schedules and drawings (Schedule B, D & Insurance), if applicable
