The Town street sweeper follows a regular route through the streets in spring, summer and fall.

The start date in spring is weather dependent. Conditions need to be dry and above freezing, and snow banks need to have melted back to the curb, before street sweeping can start. Street sweeping is performed when and as conditions dictate.
The streets in the downtown area will be swept on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless there are other priorities, in order to allow the downtown business people time to sweep the sidewalks in front of their premises before and after the weekends.
