Creston, BC – August 25, 2020: Creston Residents, please continue to practice Dr. Bonnie Henry’s Golden Rules: practice physical distancing, clean your hands, stay at home if you are feeling ill (no exceptions), increase cleaning at home and work, stay informed, cover your cough, socialize safely, and wear a mask if you can’t stay 2 metres apart from others. Taken together, these actions will help to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

New Measures to enforce COVID-19 Public Safety: On Friday, August 21, 2020, Mike Farnworth, Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, announced additional measures to allow police and other provincial enforcement officers to enforce public health orders and issue violation tickets, up to $2000.00, for infractions.
