Creston, BC – July 7, 2020: As travel restrictions ease within British Columbia, Town of Creston Council and staff ask that visitors to Creston observe the orders, guidelines, and recommendations from our Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry. We know that maintaining a physical distance of two metres, frequent handwashing with warm water and soap, and staying home if ill, are the best tools to keep the COVID-19 curve flat. The health and safety of our community, including those who are just visiting is priority. Building BC’s Recovery Together: The Province is developing a recovery plan for BC’s economy in response to COVID-19. They are working to inform the plan with the input and ideas of BC residents. There are three main ways for people to share their ideas, experiences and priorities:
