Town of Creston Stage 1 water conservation measures are in effect June 1st. Stage 1 water conservation measures go into effect every year, regardless of seasonal weather patterns. These measures establish the mandatory restrictions of outdoor water use from June 1 - September 30. The Town of Creston may, upon notification, impose further water conservation measures (Stage 2 - 4) as necessary. 

Stage 1 water conservation measures allow for the watering of lawns, gardens, trees and shrubs between the hours of 7 pm - 10 am. Please note that watering using drip irrigation, a watering can and/or hand held hose which eliminates over-spray is permitted at any time.
