The Town of Creston has received an application for a Development Variance Permit from the owners of 225 - 25th Avenue South to vary the minimum setbacks of the "R-1 Single Family Residential Zone" of Zoning Bylaw No. 1123, from “Principal Buildings, rear lot line setback of 6.1 metres” to “Principal Buildings, rear lot line setback of 0.914 metres”, subject to all legal requirements, to allow for the conversion of an existing Accessory Building (Garage) into an expansion of the Principle Building (House).
Council will consider issuance of a Development Variance Permit at the Regular Council Meeting to be held on:
TUESDAY, September 19, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. in COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 238 - 10th Avenue North, Creston, BC.
If you believe your interest in property will be affected by this Development Variance Permit, you will be given an opportunity at this Meeting to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in this Permit.
A copy of the proposed Development Variance Permit may be inspected at Town Hall, 238 - 10th Avenue North, Creston, BC, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, inclusive (except holidays).
