[ARCHIVED] DVP Application for 416 Devon Street

The Town of Creston has received an application for a Development Variance Permit from the owners of 416 Devon Street to vary the minimum setbacks of the "Highway Service Commercial Zone" of Zoning Bylaw No. 1123, from “Rear lot line setback of 4.5 metres” to “Rear lot line setback of 3.5 metres”, subject to all legal requirements, to allow for the construction of a 3 metre sun deck on the north side (rear) of the existing structure.

Council will consider issuance of a Development Variance Permit at the Regular Council Meeting to be held on:

TUESDAY, September 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. in COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 238 - 10th Avenue North, Creston, BC

If you believe your interest in property will be affected by this Development Variance Permit, you will be given an opportunity at this Meeting to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in this Permit.

A copy of the proposed Development Variance Permit may be inspected at Town Hall, 238 - 10th Avenue North, Creston, BC, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, inclusive (except holidays).
