Creston Valley Health Working Group is delighted to announce that Dr. Kurt Jordan and his wife, Victoria, have chosen Creston as their new permanent home.  Dr. Jordan will be joining Summit Medical Clinic (located across from Creston Valley Hospital) beginning his practice in February. 

Dr. Jordan learned of Creston's recruitment of Family Physicians at a conference attended by CVHWG this past year. He was pleased to provide locum services to allow himself and currently practicing physicians to work together prior to making a commitment to permanent relocation to Creston.  

In building his clinical practice which is scheduled to commence February 6th, Dr. Jordan will be accepting new patients. Those who are new residents of Creston Valley, or those who have been previously orphaned (without a physician for a minimum of 6 months) are invited by Summit Medical Clinic to drop by their office to pick up an information packet during regular business hours.
