The Creston Valley Hospital is managed by the Interior Health. This local hospital offers multiple services including but not limited to inpatient unit services, emergency services, maternity services and some surgical services. The hospital also offers full service lab, x-ray and ultrasound services.
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day.

Full public health services, home care nursing and mental health services are attached to the hospital. Two regional hospitals, each within 90 minutes of Creston, offer the next level of care, including specialists, MRI and CT services.
