Annual Utilities Invoice

Utility services for properties within the Town of Creston are billed from January 1 to December 31 of each year.

Invoices are sent out in early January and payment is due before December 31: however, a 3% discount is given, if payment is received by January 31.

Payment can be made by mail, in person at Town Hall, through most financial institutions by telephone or internet banking.  Postmarks on mailed remittances are not accepted as date of payment.  Please ensure that the Town has received payment by 4:30 p.m. on the due date.

Owners of Property with Secondary Suites 

If your property contains a secondary suite that is NOT currently used as a separate residence and is not intended to be used as a separate residence for the current year, you must sign the below waiver in order to only be charged the single family dwelling rate. This waiver must be signed every year as long as the suite is not being used as a separate residence. An inspection may be required to confirm the suite is not being used as a separate residence.
